Mother’s Day can be a very difficult day for a grieving mom. Taking time for yourself and applying self-care practices can go a long way to help you get through the day. Our Mother’s Day Retreat is reserved for you to process, to heal, and to grow. This special day of self-care will include opportunities to share your story and practice mindful movements that are good for your body and mind. This event will be held inside Alison’s House at The Children’s Park on May 11th. Attendance is limited to 12 people.
